It's simple to get started with idQ Enterprise. Once you have registered a Trusted Device with your organization within idQ Enterprise, you can use the idQ Access app to authenticate your identity and authorize requests from applications linked to your user idQ Enterprise account within your organization.


You must have an idQ Enterprise user account.
idQ Access must be installed on your device.
Your device must be registered with idQ Enterprise as a trusted device.

Select the custom Login link or button that has been set up to point to idQ Enterprise for you to log into your application.

Login using idQ Enterprise to an Application Running on a Computer

If your application is running on a browser on your computer, 

  • An idQ QR code will be displayed within your browser.
  • Open the idQ Access app on your device in order to scan the QR Code.
  • Tap Scan.
  • Align the scanner with the QR Code that is displayed on your screen.
  • After the scan is completed, enter your user factor to unlock idQ Access.
  • idQ will authenticate your identity. If you have a valid application account that is mapped to your idQ Enterprise account, the application will log you in.

Login using idQ Enterprise to an Application on a Mobile Device

If your application is on your mobile device, 

  • An idQ Enterprise button will be displayed.  
  • Tap the button.

  • idQ Access app will be launched.

  • Enter your user factor to unlock idQ Access.
  • Select Authorize.
  • idQ will authenticate your identity. If you have a valid application account that is mapped to your idQ Enterprise account, the application will log you in.

Respond to Delegated Authorization Requests



When a request is made from within one of your idQ Enterprise application-protected accounts for access to information or to perform account activity, a push notification is received on your mobile device. Pending requests can also be accessed through idQ Access. Use idQ Access to respond to the authorization request.

  1. There are two ways to access authorization requests
    1. From a push notification
      1. Open the idQ Access notification message on your device.
      2. Enter your user supplied identifier to unlock idQ Access.
    2. From idQ Access

      1. Tap the message icon.

      2. Enter your user supplied identifier to unlock idQ Access.
      3. Select a pending request.

  2. View the Authorization Request details and approve or deny the request.

Your response will be sent to idQ Enterprise for authentication. Once authenticated, your application which generated the authorization request will be notified of your response and it will be handled.
